As soon as the family session is booked, clients often ask, "What should we wear?" It can be daunting to plan outfits for an entire family. I am hoping this post will alleviate some of your stress!

There is no right or wrong thing to wear for your photo shoot, but there are certain color combinations and patterns that are extra pleasing to the eye.  Here are some examples of color combinations that work really well together. 

Solid colors generally photograph well, but I LOVE when clients add a pop of pattern into their outfits as well. Here are some examples of blending colors and patterns together: 

There are so many different ways to incorporate different colors into your outfits. Add that pop of color with a scarf or pair of rain boots!

Family Session in Western MA

Many stores offer lines of matching family outfits to make picking out clothes a breeze. The Gap and Old Navy both have fantastic seasonal lines that work really well.
