Whether it be in my Wilbraham studio or on location, the goal is to make the experience  enjoyable and inspiring! Visual content is the first impression many will have of you and your business. While branding and headshots sound similar, there are distinct differences.  

Headshots

Headshots are usually a close up photo focusing on the individual only. They are most commonly professional, but can certainly have a more casual feel. You'd be amazed at what you can convey with clothing choices, background, and posing! When I am approached by someone looking for headshots, they are often uncertain of where to begin. Many headshot clients are not comfortable in front of the camera and required to have a headshot for work. Honestly, these are some of my favorite clients to shoot! I specialize in making clients feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. I assist with everything from outfits to posing. Danielle Shaughnessey photography offers both in studio and on location headshot options. I offer group rates for business owners wanting headshots for their staff.

Branding photos tell a broader story. They capture you and your team in action and highlight your brand through a more candid style of photography. When scheduling a branding session, we will talk about what parts of your business you are hoping to capture and display. This can be a service or products. Remember, a branding session can also feature headshots and group shots for you and your team! These sessions typically take an hour or more.
