It was a very rainy autumn here in western Massachusetts. It rained 18 out of 19 weekends since June. As a photographer this can make life quite difficult. Lydia and Adam originally planned an October engagement session. When the rain delayed us we ended up shooting in early November. We all agreed this worked out for the best because this shoot took my breath away. Photographed at Lydia's childhood home in Holland, MA, the session was filled with so much emotion and personality. Their love of nature came through so clearly. I can't wait for their 2024 wedding!
